This stunner was selected by the owners due to it's central location right in the middle of the complex! What a view! Oh, and the walk-in level... Soooo convenient here at Topsider! (There's only one elevator)

COMFORT & ENTERTAINMENT: The owners went high-end with quality furnishings from Ethan Allen. Five large screen internet connected TVs are mounted throughout the condo for your entertainment! The massive 85-inch screen above the led fireplace is awesome for catching the game or winding-down to a great movie! You'll even find a TV out on the deck!


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: All three bedrooms have direct access to full bathrooms! The primary king suite overlooks the Lake and has direct access to the deck. You'll enjoy the space around the dual vanities separate from the private toilet room that also features a large walk-in shower. The second master is also a king bedroom which provides a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Finally, the third bedroom has two double / full sized beds with direct access to the shared bath that includes a spacious shower. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 8 occupants including children.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Outside, on the deck, you'll find bar-height table seating for 4 that offers a great view of the Lake and the perfect vantage point for watching the passing boats. You won't miss a pitch or a play with the game on the deck tv either! Of course, a high-end, all stainless electric grill is also on the deck conveniently awaiting your barbeque. (This is not the lousy builder-grade unit!)

BOATERS: Our optional 12x36' to 14x40' Boat Slips are available for an additional fee. Our guests launch boats and park trailers about 2 miles away by land and water at the State Park in Osage Beach - Marina Grand Glaize. (Larger slips may be available)

SO MUCH TO DO: Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, if you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
