Gather in the comfortable living area, prep casual meals in the kitchen, and dine together before heading out to the deck and yard. Outside, unwind in the hot tub, grill dinner, and relax around the fire pit after sunset. A dock and pier make getting on the water simple, and a game room with ping pong keeps the fun going back at home. You’ll also have WiFi, a laptop-friendly workspace, and in-home laundry for longer stays.

Important Things to Note
• No pets allowed and no smoking anywhere on the property.
• Parking: Up to 4 vehicles. Use the circle drive and legal street parking; do not block the gate at the end of the street. No parking on the grass. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Security cameras: 1 on the front porch facing the driveway, 2 on the back deck, and 1 on the boat dock. Cameras monitor exterior/common areas only.
• Water access and boating:
• The owner’s boat is parked in the slip and not available for guest use.
• Guests may tie off boats/jet skis to the side of the dock. Approach with caution: jet skis on the left side; boats on the right due to rocks and shallow water.
• Do not drive boats past the property’s pier because of shallow rock areas.
• Jet skis pictured are not for guest use.
• Kayaks provided with paddles and life jackets.
• Boat launch available nearby at Kingsland Community Park for a fee; no overnight parking at the park.
• Fire pit: Subject to local burn bans; firewood is not provided.
• Washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
