Guest access
Guests will have access to the home and all areas including the private pool and pool deck area. The resort facilities (heated communal pool, water park, clubhouse, gym) is fully accessible for a small fee paid directly to the resort on arrival if needed. Please reach out to confirm the daily rate as this may change in high season.

Only guests on the booking will be granted access to the home and resort, no unauthorized visitors allowed.

BASIC STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival.

FOOD : As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in.

BBQ : A BBQ gas grill is available upon request for use at your own risk. YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN GAS/PROPANE - the cost to rent out a BBQ is $75 per week
