Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Washer & Dryer downstairs . Central heat & air, as well as Wi-Fi included. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and must stay for the duration of the reservation. This property does allow pets(up to 2 small pets under 40lbs) with a pet fee of $150/pet

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No parking on the grass or in the street. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guests have access to the unit they reserve and the common area in between the buildings which includes the hot tub area. Central heat & air, as well as Wi-Fi included. Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However, biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Hosts are located in North Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
