The Buffalo River House: Spacious Riverfront Retreat with Hot Tub

Welcome to "The Buffalo River House," your ultimate getaway on the edge of the Buffalo River. This newly renovated cabin offers breathtaking riverfront views and a host of features designed for comfort and fun. With over 3300 square feet of space, the cabin boasts seven bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV, and multiple seating areas to gather and relax. Unwind in the BRAND NEW hot tub after a day of adventure.

The spacious, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals, while the fire pit provides a cozy spot for roasting s’mores under the stars. The garage with two bays is ideal for storing and working on your snowmobiles or ATVs, and the cabin offers access to miles of trails nearby. Located just 30 miles from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park, this cabin is a prime location for exploring the great outdoors.

The cabin includes a range of amenities such as a propane grill, fireplace, WiFi, and two washers and dryers. Note that it does not have satellite TV, air conditioning throughout, or allow events.

In winter, 4-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance are recommended. Conveniently located near fishing spots, grocery stores, and major airports (Idaho Falls Regional, Bozeman Yellowstone International, and Jackson Hole Airport), "The Buffalo River House" is the perfect home base for creating lasting memories with friends and family.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove.
Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
