This home was fantastic! It had everything you would need and then some! Loved all of the extras the home had in case you forgot anything! Also the kitchen was so well stocked!! The hosts were super responsive and helpful and made sure we knew they were absolutely available if we needed anything. Also loved the recommendations of local places to check out around the town!

Our family enjoyed the home and time together. Great location and plenty of space. All areas were well stocked with essential items from kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There had been some basement water damage due to severe rains but that had been fixed and our host was very concerned about our comfort and immediately took care of any and all of our concerns.

The owner Jake was very responsive and helpful. The house was great and was supplied with everything we needed. We used the firepit outside, and in the kitchen we had smore kits waiting for us. How cool is that? We didn't use the hot tub, but the deck and outside area was very nice. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and I took long walks every day. I highly recommend!

Amenities galore, great hot tub, plenty of towels, bed and bedding were great, plenty of TV screens, games, etc. We had a flood warning, slight temporary water issue, owner was very responsive. We didn't use the fire pit, but look forward to when we are in Kansas City overnight again. Very convenient to nice shopping areas & good dining out options. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it deserves a 12.

This property was a 10 out of 10 everything about it was perfect. It was the most well-stocked home I have ever stayed in. The only thing I wish is that I would’ve been able to enjoy the house more as I was at a work conference and gone a lot. I highly recommend this home.

GRADUATION STAYCATION

Our daughter graduated from KU School of Nursing so we rented the VRBO in order to have a central location to congregate, enjoy meals and host an after graduation get together for her friends. The VRBO was perfect. The location, communication and amenities were excellent. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Family Gathering

We were in Kansas City to visit with family and this property was beyond outstanding. Immaculate, well appointed, private, great amenities, comfortable, close to stores, parks, restaurants, and it was a fun place to hang out and play. Property managers were communicative, available and accommodating to our family. We will plan another stay here in the future as it exceeded our expectations.

A fun place to stay from the moment we entered the home…A welcome message at the door, a s’mores kit on the island, colored lights over the laundry area, a well-appointed kitchen with quality kitchen-and-dinnerware, and a fun, open living area. And the downstairs…oh, my. Our three-generation group of six had so many recreational choices: skee-ball, foosball, cards and board games galore. We gravitated to skee-ball as well as the ring-and-hook game on the south deck. We loved having a chance to keep fit with the gym (We took walks around the neighborhood too!) and enjoyed having an evening gathering spot with the theater room. After a day away, it was so nice to relax in the hot tub and reflect on the shared experiences. Each bedroom had something special — primary suite with its dressing room (and robes), another well-decorated bedroom, and a third main-floor one with a tv. Wow! No arguing about who gets the best room! They were all special. The lower-level bedroom and bath were perfect for our teenager who wanted her own space.Great little touches too. Kleenex in the shape of flowers, a bathroom tray filled with essentials, including suntan lotion, a lint brush, and mosquito spray, and plenty of coffee options, to name just a few.The closeness to shops, restaurants, Kaufman Stadium and the KC Zoo was so nice. We soon found our way around the city with ease.We look forward to returning next year.
