The design and function in this home has been a labor of love. Inspired by our family we've created a space that accommodates many and welcomes larger families or groups of friends that are seeking an all inclusive getaway. Peaceful being on an acre surrounded by nature where the nighttime stars light up the sky. A shipping container pool keeps you cool on hot summer nights, activities for young and old to include grilling, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball goal and a trampoline.

Welcome to Utopia, our modern 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home on 1.25 acres. The south facing side view of this tree lined property overlooks an amenity filled backyard.
While seated near the fire pit you can see your swimmers in the pool through the side window which is constructed from a shipping container. Plenty of lounging on the pool deck which is adjacent to the bar that has seating, a tv and a refrigerator.
There's a screened in lanai for those that wish to be out of the sun. Depending on the weather you can stay cool with the ceiling fan or warm up with the ceiling mounted heaters. Plenty of seating and a tv help in extending the living space outdoors.
There's an outdoor built-in grill and second dining table for those that wish to make a day of it in the backyard.
For those that wish to be active they can use the trampoline, use the disc golf goal, shoot some hoops in the extended driveway or take cover for some ping pong in the garage.
Inside there's plenty of room for your family and friends as 4 of the bedrooms have King beds. 2 of those bedrooms offer a loft with additional twin beds that make for a fun, unique experience for the younger guests.
There are 2 living rooms, one on the main and one downstairs. Downstairs is where the 4th and 5th bedrooms are located. Here's where you'll find the shuffleboard, games and kid's bunk room that sleeps 4 and has a large tv and makes for a great movie room.

You will need a car or will utilize Uber/Lyft.

This house is on septic so it's important not to flush anything except toilet paper and to use the trash can for food debris in lieu of using the sink drain.
The pool can be heated for an additional $50/night of stay (May-October). The pool can be heated for an additional $100/night of stay (November-April). Please contact for details.
For summer stays of 3 nights or greater we will coordinate with you on the timing of pool service and lawn care.
Trash and recycle day is on Tuesday morning. If you have a Monday overnight stay we will communicate to learn your preference on if you will roll cans out or if you'd like our team come by Tuesday morning.
