The space has not been rated to be officially ADA certified but was originally designed for a family with a child using a wheelchair.

Large Events or High-Noise Parties: We are located in a peaceful, family-oriented mountain community; we have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties or loud outdoor gatherings.

Guests with Cat Allergies: While we are dog-friendly, we maintain a strict no-cats policy to preserve the home’s air quality and condition for future guests.

Indoor Smokers: We maintain a pristine interior environment; any evidence of smoking inside results in a $2,000 remediation fee.

Travelers without a Vehicle: While there is a shuttle, a car is highly recommended to explore nearby Clark's Trading Post or the Flume Gorge.


We recommend arriving by car, as it will give you the freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful New Hampshire. As you already know, there's plenty of parking at the property.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Strictly no parties, loud gatherings, or underage drinking. Violations may result in immediate eviction.
