The cabin is incredibly peaceful. If you decide to venture out, there is so much to see & do and Maggie Valley is the perfect home base! We are located about 5 miles from the center of Maggie Valley, close to town yet away from the crowds. You are just minutes away from charming local restaurants, waterfalls & the Blue Ridge Parkway.

One of the highlights of the area is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The entrance is close and it is a quieter, less crowded entrance. Don't forget to visit the elk in Cataloochee Valley!

Other things to note:

The gravel road in the neighborhood is very well maintained. We do recommend that guests drive a 4WD/AWD vehicle during the winter when staying at our cabin. Having the right vehicle will ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. The stunning views and peaceful seclusion at the top are waiting for you!

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance as we are not able to issue refunds for travel delays, illness or weather. We are only able to issue refunds in accordance to our posted cancellation policy.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings (more than 9 people). This property is more suitable for families. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (9 guests)

- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay.

As our cabin is nestled in the woods, we share the area with local wildlife, including black bears. For your safety, please keep car doors locked and avoid leaving food or trash outside. We encourage all guests to respect the beauty of nature during their stay. While we take every precaution to keep the cabin critter-free, please understand that in this natural setting, they may find their way in.
