Good to Know:



Pool heating is $100/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); spa heating is complimentary. Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Community pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Friday–Saturday). Please note that hours may be adjusted by the HOA, so we recommend confirming the posted hours at the pool during your stay



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
