A NOTE ABOUT WATER

The cabin uses treated well water; some folks are sensitive to the the flavor. If you are used to city water, you may want to bring your own drinking water.

A NOTE ABOUT INSECTS

The cabin is located in a rural coastal area with a humid sub-tropical climate, and wildlife to match. Although we have taken extensive pest control & extermination measures, we cannot guarantee that an occasional unwanted insect may enter the cabin. To help prevent bugs from entering, always avoid leaving doors open, clean up food from the outdoor cooking area and deck, and turn off outdoor lights at night. Encountering an insect indoors is not grounds for a refund. If you face any issues, please contact us so we can help.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests are allowed to use the cabin, the cedar shed (which houses the full size fridge/freezer, extra cookware, coolers, and other courtesy items), and the yard area surrounding the cabin and big oak tree.



Guests are NOT allowed to enter the red barn, barnyard or pasture where animals graze.



Guests are NOT allowed to drive past the red barn (this leads to a private residence).
