Dieser private, 50 m² große Bungalow im maritimen Stil verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit einem offenen Schlafboden (2. Schlafzimmer) und Blick auf das Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Wippen, ein Sofa, ein bequemes Queen-Size-Schrankbett, ein Fernseher und ein Esstisch. Der Dachboden hat ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über Grundausstattung, ist aber nicht zum Kochen von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kuerig, kleiner Kühlschrank). Schlafen für 4-5. Parkplatz abseits der Straße und Platz für einen Bootsanhänger mit vorheriger Genehmigung. Sorry, keine Haustiere.

Die Lage ist ideal - direkt an der Front Street und Taylors Creek. Eine angenehme Radtour am Wasser bringt Sie in die Innenstadt mit ihren vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Schlängeln Sie sich die Promenade entlang und sehen Sie alle Boote von nah und fern. Genießen Sie die lokalen Aromen in vielen Restaurants am Wasser.
Wenn Sie Fahrräder, Kajaks oder ein eigenes Boot haben, bringen Sie diese mit. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie in der Nähe Fahrräder, Kajaks und sogar Golfautos mieten. Und wenn Sie kein eigenes Boot haben, gibt es in der Nähe sogar einen Bootsverleih.

Dave and Clara live in the primary residence on the property. Clara was born and raised in the home. Dave is a retired Air Force pilot and retired executive from an electric utility.

Clara was born and raised here and provides a unique perspective on how life was here when she was a child. Her Grandfather and father were in the Coast Guard, and her Grandfather was a lighthouse keeper at the Cape Lookout lighthouse in the early 1900s.
She and Dave love to meet our guests and answer questions about the area and our hometown. We especially love to meet children and help them explore the gardens and fish pond.
This is a special home away from home. It was recently constructed and is equipped to make your stay in Beaufort fun and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating and lovely gardens to enjoy.
The location is ideal - Just off Front Street and Taylors Creek. And a pleasant waterfront walk/bike ride will take you downtown and its many shops and restaurants. If you have bikes, kayaks, or your own boat, bring them...Beaufort is a bike, kayak, and boating-friendly town with convenient bike racks and public water access. If you'd rather, you can rent bikes, kayaks, and even golf carts nearby. Public tennis/pickleball courts, an outdoor community basketball court, a playground, and a Splash Pad are within easy walking distance. The Splash pad is a real hit for the kids
