I did want to offer a bit of clarification for future guests who may read this: when you reached out with concerns, I replied the next day asking if you could share photos of the issues so we could address them right away, and also asked for your email to send you a $50 travel voucher as an apology for the inconvenience. We never want any guest to feel unheard. We take maintenance very seriously, and nothing similar was reported by the guests who stayed immediately before and after you (both left 5-star reviews), nor by our cleaning crew. That doesn’t invalidate your experience at all—sometimes things do get missed or break between stays—but it is important context about the overall condition of the home. Regarding the coffee, we provide a starter supply of items like pods, which is noted in the listing, though we’re always happy to hear suggestions on what would make arrivals feel even more welcoming.
