Come to relax, golf and/or visit the University of Arizona from this 2-bedroom condo in Tucson. This quiet little property features a lovely patio and a comfortable family room perfect for an easy stay. We are part of a private neighborhood with great views of the golf course and the Catalina Mountains. Our home is in a centrally located golf course community.


We love our little condo. The neighborhood gives Caddyshack vibes and was built in 1970's. It has newly restored, stamped cement floors throughout the main spaces showing its history. The main room boast large new sliders that span most of the wall to the patio.

This is a spacious property with two bedrooms and two baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen with separate dining room. The community pool, park benches and guest parking are just steps from your front door. 

Lots of activities to enjoy. Dorado Country Club boast an 18 hole golf course, with 8 par fours, and 10 par threes. Early morning walks, before the course opens, along the golf course are a great way to start off the day.

It's a 5 minute drive to The Loop bike path with a great eastside location allowing access to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Monument East, Mt. Lemmon. The location is also not far from ranches where you can enjoy horseback riding tours. A drive to Mt Lemmon and Summerhaven Resort offers skiing/snowboarding in the winter months and cooler weather in the summer months.

The Dorado Country Club community is located approximately 1 mile from St. Joseph's Hospital, 2 miles from Park Place Mall, 3 miles from the Tucson Medical Center, and 7 miles from the University of Arizona. Lots of shopping options within 2 miles.

Condo is professionally cleaned after each stay and the entire cleaning deposit is used to pay the maid and laundry service companies.
