The only suggestion for improvement that I could make is more lighting. We love to read and the bedroom was the only place with enough light. The desk near the washing machine has a pretty little lamp but it doesn't work. I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen - even spices!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO rental in Tucson and it was an absolute dream. The rental had everything I could possibly need for a relaxing getaway - a sparkling pool to cool off in the Arizona heat, a cozy firepit to gather around in the evenings, and an open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out and relax.What I loved most about this rental was the quiet neighborhood it was located in. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere for unwinding and recharging.The property was immaculately maintained and the owners clearly put a lot of thought and care into making sure their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Tucson.

Having stayed in numerous properties in and around Tucson over the last four years I believe I have a good sense of what is acceptable in the vacation rental market. This property was extremely disappointing. It was not representative of the pictures at all. It was extremely worn and tired. The general maintenance was lacking. For example, the renovated garage room shower shows a glass door in the photos but had a curtain. The shower head was clogged with mineralization and the sink in the left drained very poorly. The other bathrooms showed heavy wear as well. The trim as you entered the home was missing in spots and the window overlooking the kitchen sink was filthy. Overall, the stay was tolerable. Would not recommend this property.

We had a wonderful timeThe house was just what we needed for 7 women to get ready for my nieces wedding. Located perfect for Mt LemmonProperty manager was responsive and wonderful with one issue came up (the pool vacuum was making noise), she sent over a tech immediately.

The stay was wonderful! Having 3 bathrooms was amazing!!! The home had everything we needed and more. We even were able to stream our event live the second day on the living room tV because i wasnt feeling well. Super easy to connect. Kitchen had everything you may need to cook every meal. Tons of storage for groceries. Generously supplied coffee station. Beds were comfy and the cleanliness of the home was definitely 5 star. Cleaners did an excellent job. I can't express how impressed i was on the level of clean condition the house was in when we arrived. Communicating with Rome was easy and he responded promptly anytime i reached out. I did notice only a few reviews about the AC and it was true for me. AC doesnt reach deeply into the primary room unless its way low. Or the smaller queen room. We tried adjusting vents but it just had to be low for a while.. 70/71. I brought 2 box fans to help me because my body temp runs hot. and it was just fine for me. So if you are someone who loves the 69/70 degree range bring support so you dont ice out the house. The front door leaving out is a snug fit to turn the knob but the pin pad coming in is way easy and helpful. I totaly recommend this home!! Its near alot of shopping and only 20ish min from downtown! The grill outside was really nice. The whole outdoor setting was awesome. I didnt want to leave.

The entire house was great, we had everything we needed. I did suggest a few things like non-stick cooking pans & maybe a new comfortable couch, other than that, it was great. The swimming pool was great, even though it was about 100 degrees out we still used the fire pit to roast marshmallows in the way. The area was nice and the yard was very well maintained. We had a slight problem with the AC & the manager was on top of it within minutes of me notifying him. I will definitely be back to visit Tucson!

Tucked in Tucson

This quiet little neighborhood was tucked away in the heart of Tucson. We walked in and felt right at home. If you are looking for a place with plenty of space and a unique layout this is defiantly the place for you. We are already planning another family trip back to this beautiful poolside home. This home has all the amenities you will want and need. Outside covered patio with a TV, BBQ poolside, huge Island in the kitchen, open layout in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will not be disappointed. From check in to check out everything and everyone was amazing. Have fun!

Great gathering with sister-in-law’s in Tucson

The property was in a great south east location for our plans for the trip. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area - it was very nice to sit under the umbrella out by the pool. It wasn’t quite warm enough to go in, but we did dip our toes in. There were five of us and it was a perfect size. Plenty of room in the living dining kitchen and bedrooms. This is an older home but has some nice upgrades. We really enjoyed our stay!
