Unique Pool Home. Very Modern though possesses a rustic beach zen like look & feel .
*** Please note : From April 13th to November 31st 2026, the house offers the two bedrooms only. Principle master bedroom king bed & 2nd bedroom queen bed. Not inclusive of the studio as it's rented out. You would be sharing the house. Two young ladies stay in the studio side renting long term for now. Thus you are seeing the greatly reduced rate.
Will sleep 6 people comfortable.

( Though is not 100% perfect . Our goal is to provide a very comfortable , safe , enjoyable environment . No complainers seek to reserve here )

House has a full serving apartment studio with dual entrance . 1 private entry , 1 inhouse access entry that can also be locked off if you like.
Comes with its own washer and dryer . Own stove , fridge , microwave , in room AC & sleeper sofa.

The 2150 sq ft entire home offers 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 very comfortable .
2 per King and queen beds . Can sleep another 1 or 2 on each sofa bed , house offers 2 sofa beds.

So the home can sleep 12 if your party fits such accommodations.

Super fast internet speed.
Desk and printer for use .

1 block away is a great fishing canel off the new bridge.

Literally everything you could want is local within 5 mins or less , including the many beaches.

Very private huge OASIS, backyard, with pool, 2- hammocks, gazebo & Bocce ball court 32' by 10' There are 3 custom sky lights that work by remote (2). Watch the stars and moon from the comfort of your bed! This House is Built to Entertain!
Master suite bathroom has a large waterfall Jacuzzi Tub, huge glassless shower with 3 large shower heads.

* We have a Nice 10x13 inflatable Tent as seen in photos . Sleep 2 super comfortable .
We can offer this package for easy set up. Queen inflatable bed. Large camping chairs . Oscillating fan . Out door style camping rug. Tarp under the tent for moisture protection.
Has electric running to it via heavy gauge extension cord. Figure about 20 minutes to set up .
30 minutes to break all down and repack.
