Welcome to Never Lost, a stunning new construction property in Emerald Isle. This modern retreat features a contemporary kitchen and living room, providing a stylish and comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.

The spacious layout includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. The primary bedroom on the third floor offers a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, creating a private oasis. The second floor houses three additional bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bath and two others that share a hallway bath, along with a bonus office space.

Enjoy the private saltwater pool, which can be heated during cooler months, or take a short walk to the nearby beach for a day of sun and sand. The bonus room on the first floor, features an air hockey table and kitchenette, adds extra fun and convenience. Never Lost offers the ideal blend of luxury and location for your next getaway.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Camera's are for security purposes only
-Saltwater pool can be heated upon request- temperature outside must be above 55 to heat pool
-Pool is 3ft on one end and 5ft-6ft on the other end
-Beach access is about a 5 minute walk (take Beach View Rd straight ahead, and right on Ocean Drive)
