The keypad is on the front door. Open unlocked security door to access keypad. Do not lock security door at checkout. You will receive your access code via your app or email with a confirmed reservation.

As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount.

Walking paths and park nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood. The HOA does ride around so no cars parked in the street overnight. This is NOT a RV friendly neighborhood, there is local parking for the RV at a storage yard nearby in Tucson.

Most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Fireplace is just for show, please do NOT use it.

Fire pit is outside, please do NOT move. No wood is provided.

Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage receptacle.

*********Pickup is Tuesday early morning, Please place ALL trash in garbage bags and placed out at street in the ground garage pail to the side of the driveway, Monday evening. If you stay during a Recycling day please place grey bin at the street (located on top of the washing machine) and bring in after pickup. If your stay isn't during a trash day DO NOT put at street. Animals will get into it, or it will blow away.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned off at checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use if provided.

This is not a child friendly listing, please mind the art, décor, stairs and wildlife.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
