With a hidden gem status and old-fashioned charm, Megève remains one of the most picturesque alpine villages in the world and boasts an abundance of summer and winter activities and seasonal events, attracting visitors from around the world. This is the prime reason we’ve chosen to invest in this exciting property.
Bought in 2021, after three long years of waiting … our brand new Penthouse Apartment was finally handed-over to us in March ‘24, and we couldn’t wait start decorating.
As we have over 15-years in setting-up and managing luxury vacation properties, we spared no expense decorating the apartment to our likings, we have chosen;
- Kristalia Italia dining table with a OLEV Overfly ceiling lamp designed by Marc Sadler
- Casamance ‘tissue Fascination’ curtains for the salon Harlequin ‘tissue Cupola’ for the bedrooms
- BoConcept, ‘indivi corner sofa’ for the living
- For the salon table we’ve chosen the ‘Log’ table designed by Roderick Vos (Dutch designer)
- Gommaire and Tectona outdoor lounge furniture
- Jolly Mec Italia poële a granules
- Paintings from Marta Johan Milossis, Gertie Bierenbroodspot, and Sjer Jacobs

In addition to its prestigious history, its exceptional setting facing Mont-Blanc, and its preserved traditional architecture, Megève remains a resort of the future, as evidenced by recent investments: creation of the Four Seasons hotel, new ski lifts, new snowmaking devices, new development projects such as our L’Eclat des Veriaz, etc.
With the 89 restaurants of which 3 have Michelin Stars, that surely comes from the history and Heritage of a farming town with great food produce, so no shortage of restaurants to explore. The location is also great for international skiers being only 1 hour (70km) from Geneva International airport. The ski area of Megeve is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area - the 4th largest in France and excellent for all ski abilities, the highest lift at 2.350m. Neighbouring resorts are Combloux and Saint Gervais also in the Pays du Mont Blanc area of France.

Our newly built apartment is located on the top floor which gives a feeling of independence.
We distinguish ourselves from all other apartments in the resort because we consider this apartment as our home (when not rented-out) and don’t use it for mass tourism. Unlike the other apartments it is therefore decorated in a style, quality & fashion to our personal liking and standards, with high quality design and materials.
When staying in Megève it’s all about Mont-Blanc views!! Well, you’re lucky, you’ll have our comfortable terrace at your disposal with stunning views to the Mont-Blanc massif. Privacy on the terrace is guaranteed because there are no nextdoor neighbors.
East faced towards the Mont-Blanc you will have sunshine up to noon, a guarantee to enjoyable sunny breakfasts.
With breathtaking views of the Mont-Blanc and the enchanting village of Megève, our stylish decorated penthouse apartment pays homage to architectural design and luxury. Our privately-run penthouse with its spacious 78 sqm floorspace has 4-meters high ceilings with exposed beams, offers three deluxe bedroom's all with private (two of them en-suite) bathrooms.
You benefit from having a reserved indoor parking place at your disposal. In addition, we are unique with our private borne for charging electric/plug-in hybrid vehicles.
To complete your holiday experience, our guests benefit from the free-of-charge resort amenities such as shuttle services, heated pools, sauna, etc.
