The Space:

Beacon Surf 207 is an upscale condo within the Residences El Faro community, an exclusive beachfront resort with a suite of amenities! The apartment itself has a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, high-end finishes throughout, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. This retreat also offers free Fiber optic WiFi, perfect for remote work, streaming, and distance learning.



The complex offers an infinity pool with submerged loungers, a kid's pool, 24-hour security (the on-site gym is currently closed), and easy access to the beach. There is a massage tent available in the pool area - the prices start at $15 USD. There is also a shared laundry room.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You will find yourself just steps away from Playa del Carmen's vibrant Fifth Avenue, the true heart of the city. Here, you can enjoy a wide variety of shopping, from trendy fashion boutiques to local artisan shops. Fifth Avenue is also famous for its culinary scene, featuring restaurants that offer everything from authentic Mexican cuisine to international flavors. Additionally, you will be close to diverse cultural attractions and entertainment options.



Make sure to explore the nearby beaches, such as Mamitas Beach, just a short walk away, or plan excursions to the breathtaking cenotes and Mayan ruins in Tulum, all easily accessible from our location.



Getting Around:

To reach your beachfront paradise, you have several transportation options. The condo is situated in a prime location in Playa del Carmen, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, where you can easily find taxi stands and bus stops.



Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away. For your convenience, paid parking is available on-site at the property. Explore the area with total ease, whether on foot, by taxi, or by utilizing the available public transportation services.



Other Things to Note:

The pool and beach access is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

WiFi is not available in common areas.

The gym is currently closed.



This condo has a strict policy regarding the total number of guests; no more than the max occupancy is allowed inside or to use the shared facilities.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
