Unfortunately, this rental did not meet my expectations based on the photos and description provided on Vrbo. Upon arrival, I found lizard inside the property, dead roaches on the kitchen floor and near the entrance, and missing panels in the blinds throughout the rooms. The master bedroom was also disappointing and did not match the appeal I expected from the listing photos. Overall, the condition and presentation of the property were not what I anticipated, and I decided not to stay. I hope the host addresses these issues and updates the listing photos to accurately reflect the property so future guests can make an informed decision.

This guest never entered or stayed at our condo, as confirmed by our electronic entry system. After receiving a message from VRBO regarding a lizard inside the property, dead roaches on the kitchen floor, and missing blind panels, we immediately inspected the condo and found no evidence of the reported issues. We also attempted to contact the guest but received no response. Since then, we have welcomed multiple guests without similar issues and have continued to receive positive reviews. We have proudly hosted for over a decade, earning 207 reviews with an overall rating of 9.8 out of 10. We take great pride in keeping our condo clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and accurately represented in our listing. We look forward to welcoming future guests and providing the positive experience reflected in our reviews.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! There was lots of shopping and many great restaurants nearby. The two pools and hot tub were clean and well kept. Nice pickleball & tennis courts on site, also. The beaches were only 15 minutes away. Ervin was a great host and communicated promptly and was very friendly!

We stayed for 20 nights in this beautiful apartment. We know the general area well but hadn't been tk Shorewalk before. It is a superb location. Ervin is a wonderful host, available to answer any questions but very respectful of your privacy. 15 to 20 Mins from the beaches and with great shopping nearby it really is wonderful. One thing we hadn't realized was how much nature and especially bird life visits the little ponds in the development. It was wonderful to sit and look at all that natural beauty

It was a pleasure hosting you, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime you're visiting the area!
