The dining area seats 8 and there is additional seating for 5 at the adjacent large kitchen center island. There is also additional dining space on the front deck and a natural gas grill. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a queen bedroom suite with a smart TV and private bath.

Take the stairs to the third floor which has 3 bedrooms (1 bunk room with 3 twins & 1 full, 1 queen bedroom with a TV and 1 king master suite.) The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, desk area and a private bath with double vanities.
