Step inside this multi-level haven to find a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and massive south and west-facing windows, flooding the room with natural light and stunning vistas. The open-plan design ensures a seamless flow from the cozy living room to the inviting dining area and fully remodeled kitchen. Equipped with a flattop cooking surface, wine cooler, and all the essentials, the kitchen is a chef's dream. Villa West boasts exceptional amenities, including a private sauna, a large hot tub, and a shared pickleball court (available for guest use during the summer months, with paddles and balls provided). Three sun-drenched decks provide plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. For those traveling with kids, the log bunk room is a hit, complete with a foosball table and bean bag chairs. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom and two additional bedrooms each feature a king bed and attached bathroom, while the other rooms offer twin beds and twin/twin bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.



Snow removal service - Snow removal will typically occur when 3-4” of snow has accumulated. Someone may knock on the door to enter and remove snow from the upper balcony. We do not always know in advance when they will arrive.

• Someone will stop by to pick up trash on Wednesdays; they will enter the garage, but will not enter the house.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
