Beautiful 4 bed 4 bath spacious townhome over 3 floors, 50 yards from base and restaurants, access to complex hot tubs, perfect for a family vacation in a quiet area. This freshly remodeled 2400 sq ft home has all you need, including well appointed kitchen, large dining room, double sofa lounge with 65" TV and big sound system, fooseball table, beautiful furniture and art, laundry area, attached garage for storing equipment, parking for two cars on heated driveway.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom : King master bedroom with smart TV, large clothes closet, full ensuite including jet tub, shower, double sinks and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - Queen middle floor : Queen room, clothes closet, dresser, with separate shower and toilet room.
Bedroom 3 - Twin Bunk Lower : Twin bunk room with smart tv, clothes closet, dresser, full bed, twin bed and twin trundle along with ensuite bath/shower/toilet bathroom
Bedroom 4 - Triple Bunk Lower : Triple twin bunk room with smart tv, clothes closet, dresser, ensuite shower and toilet bathroom.
Upstairs landing - There is a queen pull out sofa on the third floor landing for extra sleeping space, fooseball table, washer and dryer laundry area including detergent and hanging space.
Dining room - Large marble dining table with two extending leaves, 10 chairs, 2 additional spare chairs in the garage, and additional 3 spaces at the breakfast bar if needed.
Kitchen - Newly remodeled, with oven, microwave, induction cooker top, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the usual kitchen essentials.
Lounge - Two large sofas, 65" Samsung tv with Samsung surround system and sub, gas fire, vaulted double ceiling with chandelier, large windows.

Hot tubs - Just outside the front doors is the gated hot tub area, with twin large hot tubs, and bathroom for changing. Beech towels provided in the unit for your enjoyment.
Carpets are professionally cleaned so we ask guests to kindly leave shoes in the entry so all of our guests can enjoy the clean fresh carpets and rugs. thank you
