Approximately one mile from Seaside, this ‘One Second Away’ provides unparalleled access to all the amenities of the 30A area, including pristine white sands, crystal-clear waters, world-class fishing spots, top-notch dining options, and luxury shopping.

The layout is thoughtfully designed, offering seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The ground floor is home to three bedrooms, with the first featuring a spacious en-suite bathroom that can double as a second primary bedroom or a generous guest room. Down the hall, another bedroom and a large bunk room are available, complete with two built-in queen-size bunks and an additional twin bunk. These bedrooms are connected to an additional living space and a first-floor patio. The home offers a convenient elevator allowing easy access to all three floors.
