Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort located directly across the street from the beach with easy beach access. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit features a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen & 1 twin in the 4th bedroom. Each bedroom features an attached bathroom, and the unit can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests.

There is a excellent ocean view from the 4th floor balcony off the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's and free cable so your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops for preparing meals if you don’t feel like going out. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This was perfect for our 3 families to stay at. Plenty of room for everyone. I loved that we didn't have to load up kids to take them to the beach every day. The kids loved the pool.

The condo was Lovell and spacious. It was only a short walk to the beach and a nearby convenience store. My only problem was it was advertised as about 360 per night but the actually cost doubled when all the fees imposed by North Beach rentals were added.

Check in was easy. Being able to keep extra cars at the property management site was a huge bonus. Everyone got their own bathroom and the location was perfect for 4 families with kids. Some small hiccups during our stay but the company was easy to contact.

The condo was nice & roomy for our 4 families. We were very excited when we arrived. After our drive, we needed to put our food in the fridge. To our surprise, it was not cold & took awhile to get cold. That was very odd to us. That evening, 2 of bathrooms did not work properly when they went to take a shower. We did report that & was told that wasn't an emergency, someone would come by on Friday. That afternoon, someone did come. He told us he only had 5mins to look at it, he couldn't repair it...Great! Another night sharing showers! This is the reason we chose this unit is everyone had their own bathroom. Spoke to someone Saturday about someone coming out that afternoon, but why...we were leaving Sunday. The next BIG issue was the AC. It sucked!! The only bedroom that got cool, was the front bedroom. All other 3 bedrooms were hot! Even the living room & kitchen were hot when we all were there. The note on the ac says not to turn down. Not good!These issues were not stated in listing or told to us when we picked up keys. I feel that we deserve a discount on this unit. This is a good place for us & we would even consider coming back, IF all these issues were fixed & given a discount for our problems. Thank you

Great Family Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Malibou Point. My wife and three of our sons and their families were there and the condo was great. The location was convenient to the beach and to all necessities. Two suggestions - more pots and pans and provide more than two parking spots for four bedroom rentals.

Needs updated

The property needs updated. The floors were gross. They left our feet black. The air conditioner was so loud. We called about it bit it never got fixed or even checked on. There was a leg of a chair broken when we got there so we were down one less seat. The property sleeps 12 but thats the only thing available for a party of 12. Plates towels kitchen table and living room seating were all lacking the space needed for all.of us.
