Perfect Timing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in, responsive management via text. Spacious unit with 2 king beds! Loved having 2 included chairs/umbrella set up daily. Free bikes too! Location was great but you have to time it right. When tide rises enough it connects with Eastern Lake and creates brackish water on gulf side in front of unit. Not as pretty.

Spring Break Stay

We went for a quick Spring Break trip. Check in was seamless and lots of pre trip communication from property manager. Very clean well appointed condo with space where we weren't on top of each other for a family of four. It was right on the beach and convenient to all things 30A without being right on a busy 30A. We will stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful time! The only slight challenge was not having an elevator. Lugging Coolers and suitcases up three flights of stairs was a bit cumbersome, but other than that we loved every second!

Wonderful Beach Stay

Apartment is on a third floor, no elevator. Quiet neighborhood. We loved the area, nice restaurants within driving minutes. We would highly recommend staying there. Bring your own beach umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Or you can rent them.
