This upstairs oceanfront duplex, which is one of two spaces available for guest stays, features a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals during your stay. Relax and stretch out in the spacious living room, featuring a big screen TV's and large sectional sofa, providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy movie night.

When you reserve the upstairs space, you will have exclusive access to the upstairs area, including the second-floor balconies, which are designated solely for upstairs guests. However, please note that the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the upstairs space will not have access to the game room or the patio area directly outside the downstairs sliding doors. Similarly, downstairs guests will not have access to the second-floor patios and balcony areas.There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door.
