The house rules-

You must be 21 or older to book- ID will be requested!
No loud music or load activity- any load music or load activity that is asked to stop with no change will be a $500 fee
No parties - $500 fine
No unauthorized guests- $120 extra PER PERSON!
No pets
No smoking - 🚭 $500 FINE any evidence of smoking on property
No sleeping on leather couch $500 fine
Quiet time is between 10pm - 9am
