Super clean & very well maintained - adults only - villa in Rotonda, in quiet surroundings. The with solar & electrical heated saltwater Pool & Jacuzzi in lanai (west facing, with canal view). Electrical Pool/Spa heat are included in the rental price. The house is 2630 sqft (245 m2) under AC, the lanai area is 750 sqfeet (105 m2).
The interior is professional designed with ceramic tile floors and laminated floors in bedrooms.
The air-conditioned villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 Kings and 1 double, beds - every bedrooms has its own private bathroom, one of the bathrooms also gives access to the pool area.

There are 4 bicycles.

4 Smart TV's, with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and Xfinity and 1 Gigabit internet

The host was great! Responded to emails and "prepared" an excellent house for our visit. The house book is one of the best I've seen. The floor plan is super and my wife and I each had space to set up and office. The location is convenient to multiple gulf and restaurants. The temps were a bit chilly during our stay, but the spa/hot tub warmed us up just fine. Also nice staying a "house that's been lived in" was outstanding with spices, cookware, etc! Definitely in the top 5 of vrbo properties we've stayed in. High recommended.

Excellent holiday home

This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.

Well Kept Home!

Home was exactly what we expected. It was clean and well cared for. It felt like a home not just a rental. Pool/spa were delightful. There were many quality bikes to use. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous. Loved the wildlife in the canal. We plan on returning for another adventure.

A beautiful oasis

Beautiful home in a beautiful surroundings. Quiet and peaceful! The house is fully stocked with what we needed. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able to use the garage. So many places to eat and go to. We will be staying here again.

An Incredible Home!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It is in a quiet, residential area and offers every amenity you could need, including all kitchen/cooking supplies, bicycles, a gas grill, beach equipment, etc. The pool is beautiful and warm. We had a very enjoyable time; highly recommend.

Gorgeous Private Retreat

We were enormously impressed with this property and enjoyed a delightful stay there. I don't think it's a new home, but it has been beautifully updated and is in immaculate condition. And the pool/spa was wonderful and in like-new condition. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt private. My highest praise? I'd consider buying the place if it were on sale.

Definitely a 5 star Vacation Home Rental

This custom built home is stunning inside and out. Beautiful outside landscaping, and very nicely decorated inside. Comfortable, open and well supplied with everything you need. Salt water pool and hot tub was a huge plus. The owner, Margreth, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We definitely hope to be back to this house in future.

Doesn't get any better than this!

Over the past couple of years, we have rented 10 houses in various states for vacations with family. This house, by far, is the best equipped, most organized, cleanest and best laid out. Margreth is an excellent communicator and she had paid attention to every detail for such a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was warm and inviting even in the cooler weather that we had while there.

Fabulous Stay

Wow Wow! we spent 10 days in their Fabulous home, we really enjoyed our vacation in Rotonda, The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.The house overall very luxuriust and well kept, very clean and spotless..We had all the accessory fort the beach( chairs cooler , umbrella etc...) 3 bikes and a wonderfull bike path close by. Wonderful Rotonda Home

This home exceede our expectations! We stayed here for a week with our granddaughter. Margreth was a great hostess. She answered all of our questions timely and made our check in and out a very smooth one. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beds were all comfortable, showers were great, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. And the sunset over the pool was beautiful every night. We have rented around 10 homes in Rotonda and this was the best experience so far. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Margreth!

Lovely house ❤️

This was a quaint spot out in a residential neighborhood. We loved the fact that we were in paradise away from people. We were only around people if we wanted to be. We rode bikes every day and laid by the pool! There were no tourist attractions which was a plus on our list but, the beaches were just a short drive away! Beaches were not crowded and were clean. The house was just as described and had everything you could need or want while on vacation. The house was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and bring the kids!! The owner was very timely when we had questions and was very sweet to work with! We loved our stay!

It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and informative upon arrival.

Everything that was provided, supplied, and the information was very much available from house functions all the way down to local activities. Communication was unparalleled from the owner!! Quick responses with any questions that I had. I even showed up and there was who's that other I left so I didn't start from scratch in the kitchen. I actually purchased some stuff and left it to try to pay it forward to the next occupants. I will definitely be coming back to this property again! Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa; it had absolutely everything we needed. The house was spacious, the beds had quality linen with extras in every room, the kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of dishes and small appliances, the furniture was comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the fact that it had salt water! The lanai had plenty of seating space with comfortable lawn chairs to relax on. The beaches are close but with a pool like that, we didn't really feel like leaving the house much! Boca Grande is only 20 minutes away and since it is one of our favorite beaches in Florida, we made an exception and left the pool a couple of times. We hope to come back again. 8 Weeks in Paradise

This house is immaculately clean. The pictures are totally accurate and the space is both gorgeous and expansive. Plenty of room for everyone staying there. I stayed for 8 weeks along with some family and friends and alternated work and vacation during my extended stay. There is a large desk in the den that fit all of my monitors and laptop comfortably. The back patio and pool area are excellent for relaxing in the evenings, and I loved the added hot tub on the end of the pool. The house is close to Stump Pass beach, Boca Grande, Blind Pass beach, and Manasota Key beach. There are lots of boating, parasailing, and fishing excursions available in Englewood nearby. The house is also within reasonable driving distance for a day trip to Tampa, Sarsota, Ft Myers or Naples. We also did a long day trip to Disney in Orlando. That is a bit of a drive, but doable. I was pleased with every aspect of our stay.

Very relaxing week in a beautiful home.

We stayed 7 nights. Margreth was an excellent host, we only had a couple questions, but she was super fast to respond. They have a nice informative binder that was the perfect handbook for any and every question. VERY peaceful neighborhood. Lots of extras provided in the kitchen for cooking which was great! House is beautiful & pool was amazing. Our only issue was the handbook stated we needed to keep AC set at 75 or it would freeze up & AC rarely made it to 75. Granted it was 100 degrees outside every day, however, we have our AC at home set between 68 to 70. So 75 was very uncomfortable and waking up with it 79/80 was not definitely not sleeping temps for us. However, we brought a fan along & they had one available in the garage. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for all the complements; it is a pleasure to make a stay in our home as comfortable as possible! Truly wished you would have asked me about lowering the temperature of the AC, especially because it was so hot outside! This would have been fine. I will change the info in the handbook. Thanks for letting me know.

We had the house custom built in 2008 on a 10.000 sqft lot. The interior and landscaping is designed professionally. Not particular as a standard holiday home but like a upgraded model you would like to move in right away! The house has a private setting. The property is situated on a canal. We have neighbors on one site and there is a fence to keep privacy.
