Updated condo on the beach right up from "Pier Park" Aqua unit#1901

Please read the full description of this condo. We also have another unit in Aqua "Unit 1202" that is a 3-3 and it could be better for your stay depending on your needs.

Located in Panama City Beach 19th floor, UNIT 1901 in Aqua resort With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin bunk beds. This unit is best suited for a large family with 2-4 adults or teenagers, and up to 5 children. This unit sleeps 9 total, but please note that 5 of the beds are twin-bunk beds. We have upgraded the mattress' to accommodate adults, but the beds are best suited for children-teenagers.
All three bedrooms have a deck, but only one bedroom has a beach view, and it has a king bed. The other two bedrooms have nice balconies, but they overlook Front Beach Road.
The second bedroom with the queen has a dedicated bathroom. The bedroom with the king bed also has a dedicated bathroom, and is considered the primary bedroom.
A few guests have asked us what we would think is fair for 4 adults splitting the cost of this condo 1901. Two adults would get the king with a beach view, and the other two adults would get a queen without a beach view. Our best guess is 60%-40% with the couple getting the king paying 60%.
Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine-Dryer, and completely stocked kitchen for cooking. We have a combo coffee machine that has a pot, and single serve options.
please note that we do not have beach service chairs, but we do try to keep 4 chairs in the condo for our guests to use.
