Accommodating up to 14 guests across seven elegant bedrooms, the villa offers:

Two Grand Suites – one on the ground floor and one upstairs, each with generous space and private en-suite bathroom.

Four Superior Rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and refined furnishings.

One Independent Ground-Floor Room, fully accessible and ideal for guests with reduced mobility.

House Rules

We kindly ask guests to treat Villa Aiale with the same respect and attention they would give to their own home.

The villa’s interiors include valuable antique and designer furniture. Please use protective mats and avoid placing hot or wet items directly on wooden surfaces.

Pool towels are provided; please do not use bathroom towels outdoors.

No parties, loud gatherings, candles, or smoking indoors.

Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the villa.

Please do not sit on sofas or beds while wet.

Luggage should be carried via the outdoor staircase to prevent marks on the walls.

The property is located in the countryside; local wildlife may occasionally be seen.

Waste sorting is mandatory in accordance with local recycling regulations.

Check-in and check-out include an inspection of the property. A refundable security deposit applies.
