Welcome to Sky Villa @ Greenbrier Mountains - Brand new ultra Luxury Villa nestled in the resort community of Cobbly Nob with beautiful Mountain views. This newly built custom home boasts high ceilings with rustic modern luxury features. Home boasts 3 large bedroom suites with fully tiled showers, double vanity sinks with quartz counters, Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with 8 foot long island with seating, tastefully decorated formal living and dining spaces with fireplace, game room with modern slate pool table, custom bourbon barrel arcade with 60+ retro games and 75" tv to enjoy your favorite game or movie. Main floor Master BR suite includes a King bed, attached tiled shower with rain shower head and double vanity. Outdoor area consist of a wrap around 700+ square feet of covered deck space with piped gas Blackstone grill, blue tooth speakers and ample sitting and dining areas to relax and enjoy the mountain views. Lower level stairs open to casual living space with TV, bar area with mini beverage refrigerator, bar table and chairs. Two additional Bedroom suites with attached luxury showers and double vanities are on the lower level. BR #2 is a King Suite and BR #3 is a custom designed bunk room consist of 4 queen beds with wide stairs. Lower level outdoor Trex flooring deck space is similar in size to main level with jetted hot tub, TV, blue tooth speakers and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the quiet and peaceful mountain views. Amenities include complementary access to 3 pools, pickleball courts and a basketball. Adjacent to Cobbly Nob is a Gary Player designed 18 hole Bent Creek Golf Club.
