Comfortable and accommodating

My boyfriend and I went with our 6 kids and his sister. Ages from 6-12. Plenty of room for all of us, with comfort and luxuries, dress up clothes and game room was a hit. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the outdoor space the grill, most of our time was spent right at the pool, several days we didn’t even leave the house at all. Donna the owner was prompt and extremely accommodating. The house would be great for kids even younger too with the life vests donna had by the pool, the high chair and pack and play, she really thought of it all!

Family celebration

Our stay at the Secret Star Villa was great from the time we booked. Donna was quick to respond to all inquiries and very helpful coordinating our requests during our time in the gated community. The property was as expected with even more amenities for little ones than listed. We had 4 generations with family from age 2 to 93 at the home with us to celebrate a 50th anniversary. Everyone was comfortable with their own personal needs met. Having 3 rooms on the first level was great. The toy room and pool were a big hit with our little guy. The sliding door alarm was something we appreciated for safety and all had to get used to pushing the button to silence - we kept score for those who would forget. We had a great time and can’t wait to book our next trip! Will definitely be recommending this property to others.

Amazing Time

The property was very nice to stay at. Well put together, nicely located. We had a great time and felt right at home:)))We were a little disappointed in the game room because the air hockey table was not operational we were looking forward to playing it during our stay.

Great Host and Home

Donna is a wonderful host, was instantly available by phone when questions arose; the 16 year old home and its furnishings were in good condition, most of the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens; there were lots of dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen; and the starters were more than adequate.Quirks: The patio door alarm took some getting used to; there were signs everywhere (think Five Man Electric Band) to caution about the 18 year old toilets stopping up, etc.We paid 270 for the Spa/Pool heating option, but it wasn't worth it: The spa took nearly an hour to heat to bath water temperature, the pool is heated to 84F, and the two can't heat simultaneously.Hopefully Donna will remind the cleaning crew to attend to the window above the front door, and the outsides of the lower kitchen sash.The Wii was broken, Donna will replace.

Warm and welcoming!

From the moment we first booked every interaction with the host Donna was pleasant and she never made me feel like a question I was asking was a problem. The house was beyond what we expected! Very clean, fun for all ages and truly made us feel like home away from home. Hands down we will be booking to stay in this beautiful house for many years to come.

Great stay right next to Disney!

Our family had a great time. The home was super clean and was full of great amenities! The house is perfect for big families. Very kid friendly too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The property is well maintained, and we never had any issues. Location was perfectly located for Disney Park trips as well as to Walmart and Starbucks!

Great Location and welcoming Home

Our adult children and young grandchildren stayed for a week. The house was very clean. It was well thought out design wise. Everyone had an ensuite. Perfect! Pool area has lots of lounging furniture and a great table for outdoor eating. Close to Disney! Lots of shopping and restaurants! Everyone was great to work with throughout the process.

Would Absolutely Stay Here Again

This property literally had "everything" to make our family feel at home while on vacation. Everyone in our party had a great time and loved it!! The property manager/owner answered every question in a prompt and friendly manner. I would absolutely stay here again and will check this locations availability first before booking any other for our next stay in the Orlando area!!

Home away from home

We had the best family vacation. Donna was super helpful. It was nice having the house stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the playroom and playing dress up. The house is very clean. The pool is awesome. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the resort amenities. Nice family neighborhood.

The best stay!

The property was so close to Disney and made for an easy drive to the parks! My kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Overall, they’ve thought of everything that one may need when staying at a home away from home. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent Villa - perfect location

Two families, 8 people in total had a fantastic stay here. Location of the villa is perfect for all the parks and has a Walmart pretty much 2 minute drive away so super convenient. Villa is spacious and provided enough room/space for everyone including your own en-suite to each bedroom which is a huge plus. Outdoor private pool was great, kids enjoyed it along with the games room. The gated site that the villa is located on was also immaculate with a communion pool which was great. Was like a home from home. Communication with property owner from booking to answering any questions during our stay was also second to none. Would recommend to anyone I know travelling to Florida to do the theme parks :)

Every detail has been thought of and provided!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa! We loved the decor (classy and neutral with whimsical Disney touches), and every need was provided for including pots and pans; dishes, drinkware (including melamine for the pool) and utensils; towels to use by the pool; and starter amounts of laundry/dish detergent and paper products. Beyond the basics, we found helpful and comfortable touches everywhere we would want to find them! Mirrors in convenient locations, cozy fleece blankets for cuddling on the couch, comfy and spacious dining areas including by the pool, and a powerful A/C unit in the garage/gameroom. We loved using the pool table and air hockey table, the pool was clean and well-cared for, the bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, as well as nicely placed for privacy, and the location of the home vis-a-vis the Disney parks is unbeatable. Another unexpected surprise--a full dress-up closet in one of the kid bedrooms! Mine are teenagers now, but would have LOVED this when they were younger. Donna (the owner) was a dream to communicate with, including very responsive (less than a half-hour) when we couldn't locate our check-in email literally as we were driving up to the gate (our fault). She checked in on us when she received notifications of storm-related outages in the area, and continued to keep in touch until she was sure the phone line had been restored (thankfully hadn't lost power). We couldn't recommend this vacation home more highly!!

Fantastic!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and had an amazing time at this lovely villa. Windsor Hills is a beautiful estate very close to Disney. Well maintained and great facilities. The villa itself is really well appointed, clean and was perfect for our vacation. Donna was a really great host, answering any queries I had promptly. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

The minute we walked through the front door of this villa, we felt at home. There's just something welcoming about the house that's hard to describe. There's so much space, yet it feels intimate, so it's perfect for a couple or a large family. There is a small park out back where kids sometimes toss baseballs and ride scooters. Moms and Dads push baby strollers along the winding sidewalk. I love to sit in the lanai and watch the egrets arrive, en masse, almost every day at dusk, right outside the screens. The sunsets from this view are spectacular. Though we're so close to everything, we're in our own little universe. It's a magical and lovely setting, and I never want to leave to go back home. Come, see what I mean... I know you'll love it here too.
