We invite you to spend a good night at our 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath rowhouse, just a mile
drive from the magnificent white dome, US Capitol! Nestled in the heart of DC,
commuters will appreciate the proximity to Union station and bus routes. You can also
take a 15-min walk to the Union Market District, which boasts an amazing selection of
food from deserts like Laduree Paris, to coffee nesters like Unido and award-winning
dining restaurants. Not to forget, you can indulge in some of the city's best shopping
experiences there. Safeway and CVS are short walks from the home.

Our beautiful home at NE DC is a mix of contemporary and comfort and is equipped

Best 13th Birthday Sleepover Ever

It was my daughter’s 13th birthday and since we don’t have a big home we decided to rent one for a night so our daughter could invite all of her friends for a sleepover. 14 thirteen year olds and my husband and me slept so comfortably and well. Everything we needed was available to us. Nice quiet neighborhood. 10/10

Great Home - Great Location

The house was great for a family trip to celebrate our sons wedding. Space for everyone, room to spread out, nicely appointed. Everything you need to have a relaxing no pressure stay near all the sights you want to see in DC. Cherry blossoms were spectacular. Tahmeed did a great job communicating with us leading up to our stay and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. We were happily surprised that the street parking was very accessible and we parked right in front of the house for most of our stay. Our only noted issue was that the bedroom descriptions were a little hard to understand so pre-planning was challenge, and one of the bedrooms listed as having a queen bed and a double bed sofa didn't have a sofa in it, but we weren't maxing out the number of people staying so it worked perfectly for us.

Great Property

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home in DC. There were plenty of beds and the best part was the check-out process. We did not have to strip beds or start laundry of towels. These days, properties requiring those check-out tasks are at the bottom of my list. There were plenty of towels and everything was super clean! Highly recommend!

Family Thanksgiving stay

Agree with review that hot water is inadequate for a large group. The 2 and 4 year olds had black feet when playing on the first floor barefoot.. maybe needs a good mopping? No fire extinguisher under the sink. The location is fantastic, lovely neighborhood. We’ve rented many houses together as a family, there are always several quirks!

Great property - pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay in the property. The host was extremely responsive every time we reached to them. The property was also very easy to get in and out of. The interior seems very newly renovated. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and everything was clean. There was a large fridge and enough plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen for our party of 9 (and one dog) to feel comfortable cooking and serving a simple meal. There were also a Keurig and coffee pods and lots of sugar and sweetener sachets. The air fryer in the kitchen was useful, since it is so much more efficient and faster than an oven. The AC units - multiple across the townhouse - were a struggle, though, especially with so many options in the AC remote units. We should have reached out to the host sooner to help with that. Maybe a basic instruction card for the AC remotes would help. Overall, we were very happy we picked this property for our stay. We would stay here again.

We brought a student group for a school trip. The house slept 20. A little challenging when everyone wanted to shower at the same time to keep hot water. When we reached out to the property owner, they sent someone out right away to help us keep hot water throughout each shower. I don’t think you can beat the price. If you want to get to the metro train, you’ll need to walk about 20 minutes to Eastern Market. With the students it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly adults. There seemed to be a city bus driving by every day that would be worth looking into, but we already had train passes. We had a couple questions around 10:30 PM with the TV and needing more shower towels and the owner responded within 5 minutes so you can’t beat that. Owner gave us privacy and kindness. Highly recommend for bigger families and/or small groups. Bring extra pillows and blankets if you will use the air mattresses! Thanks!

Slightly misleading

Arrived at the house and it looked great at first. After some walking around there are marks on almost every wall in the building. Some marks on the ceilings. The pillows in the beds were very stiff. We couldn’t figure out why some of the AC units in the room weren’t turning on. The shower in the upstairs hallway didn’t have hot water. Walking around in the house turns the bottom of your socks black. Couldn’t figure out why the WiFi wasn’t working with the provided password. And the couches in the living room were not very comfortable. Other than that the host was easy to communicate with. There were plenty areas for a lot of people to sleep. It is still a good place to stay but I feel like the price is high for what you get. After talking to some locals, they said that the neighborhood isn’t the best. Just don’t go into this thinking it will be the cleanest and best option out there.

Unbelievably bad and NO REFUND

Upon arrival we came into the house and it smelt like garbage. I mean the whole entire house smelt like a dumbster truck. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from but texted owner immediately about it. Than I quickly realized there was old food in the disposal with pieces of meat causing the horrid odor. The heat didn’t work and when it did it would shut off with error message. There was poop in the downstairs bathroom not flushed and the bathrooms were dirty. The floors were filthy dirty you couldn’t be barefoot. And all of our socks were disgusting from walking around the house. My son was the first to shower and there was no hot water at all. Keep in mind we had little children and babies and for this two day stay Tunney didn’t come to help or give us a solution. This put the babies in danger due to the frigid temps outside. It is a health hazard! There was also clumps of hair in the showers! We only stayed two nights and we went to clean laundry and upon opening the washer there was what smelt like a rotting body in the washer but it was dirty sheets and comforters that never got ran or removed before we came. The smell was horrific and they stop responding to my texts at this point from all my complaints and when I asked for a refund they told me they would give me 10% if I left a 5 star review…. The legit audacity!!! I texted them again about my refund and they have yet to give me anything back for a disgusting stay.

Everything and more

This property is everything they advertise and more. The house seems as though it was JUST remodeled. All the appliances were new. The house was immaculately clean. the neighborhood was great. Very close to a small bodega and an easy Uber to the Eastern market (a must visit). Lots of stairs as you would imagine. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Ice maker worked great. Toaster was dead but the oven stepped in fine. Furnishings were fresh and new. Loved the pull outs in the living room for the younger kids. Keyless entry was great. Was there for a wedding with our kids and grandkids and the house was a star performer for our 6 days. Could not be happier. Would use them again. I'm picky and I would give them a 98.5 rating.
