The Lowell House: Oasis of Arlington

Whether you’re a family of 5 or 16, we have the space to house you all! The newly renovated luxury Lowell House is your home away from home! It has a fully fenced 3 level backyard with plenty of outdoor fun. Inside the home, you get to choose a theme room to enjoy a soundless sleep, and lots of entertainment to enjoy. Central to the greater Washington area, walking distance to Shirlington Village with plenty of restaurants & shops, and much more! Check out my GUIDEBOOK for recommended spots!

Fully fenced private 3 level backyard with dining set and grill. It is fully lit up during night time (just plug in the outlet next to the shed).

In-house laundry (washer and dryer) with laundry detergent pods for your use. 1 pod per wash is all you will need.

4 theme bedrooms and a bedroom/entertainment room with 7 beds and two queen air mattresses (linens, pillows, blankets are all available). Sleeps plenty of people. Master, double bed, and the trundle bedroom has a TV.

3 full baths with most amenities (hand towels, body towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 3 hair dryers in each bathrooms, clothes iron, master bath has a bidet).

Entertainment room (also can use as a bedroom) with TV, couch, and lots of board games.

Kitchen with an island bar (4 stools) has everything that you will need from pots and pans, filter water dispenser, ice, eating & cooking utensils, plates & cups & wine glass & bowls, seasonings, coffee & espresso machine, and so much more.

Living room has a TV and a comfy sectional couch. Turn on Netflix (your log in is require) and chill!
