Kitchen: Marble countertops and island.
Dining Area: Seating for six.

Upper Level:
Master Suite: King bed, TV, sitting area, and bathroom with a standing shower. The master suite occupies the entire upper level and is open to the stairs.

Guest Bedroom #3: Queen bed.
