The Tent features all the amenities of luxury camping with the comforts of a bathroom and kitchenette for your use! The private fenced 2 acres yard provides a tranquil setting for outdoor gatherings or simply soaking up the sunshine. Comfortably sleeping 2, and with additional room dining inside, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation.

There is a large dumpster for all trash. Please breakdown all boxes and make sure lids close. If overflowing please notify host.

Although you will feel like you aren't in the desert with the mature trees and greenery, be cautious of wildlife. It may be pretty not always friendly. If you see a snake or any other animal please dial 911 watch it from a safe distance and do not touch.

Front gate must be closed during your stay there is no lock, head to the front left of the property to Under the Stars Glamping at Sahuarita Village. You can't miss the bright white tent! Parking is alongside it. Please do not block driveway.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

Please be cautious during your drive. Since this is rural there are often people riding horses on horseback and free range cattle that likes to escape. If you are on a dirt road you took a wrong turn. This is residential so observe quiet hours between 8pm -8am.

Although amenities like shopping , restaurants and casino are not far, a car is recommended as Drive Services are less popular at this location.

Yurt must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor dumpster.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to off checkout (summer bookings).

Heat to be set to off at checkout (winter bookings) if applicable.

Remove all food, drinks and debris from any shared spaces and do not move or adjust furniture.

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are zipped shut at checkout.

Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
