Willkommen in unserem schönen Haus, das 2016 neu gebaut und fertiggestellt wurde. Unsere luxuriöse 2-stöckige Disney Villa ist nach höchstem Standard eingerichtet und verfügt über 8 Schlafzimmer und 6 Badezimmer mit einer Wohnfläche von über 4000 Quadratmetern. Das Anwesen verfügt über 5 Kingsize-Betten, 1 Queensize-Bett, 2 Einzelbetten.

Zu den Außeneinrichtungen gehören ein Pool (Sicherheitszaun), ein Whirlpool und ein eingebauter Außengrill. Genießen Sie das wunderschön eingerichtete Spielzimmer.

Im ersten Stock -

Das Haus verfügt über einen offenen Küchen- / Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einem großen 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher von Samsung mit Digitalkabel und einem Blu-ray-Heimkino-Player mit einer großartigen Sammlung von DVDs und Blu-ray-Discs. Die geräumige Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen. Die Küche verfügt über neue Spitzengeräte wie Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle. Freuen Sie sich auch auf eine Frühstücksbar mit 4 Hockern sowie einen Esstisch mit Platz für 8 Personen. Alle Küchenutensilien, Glaswaren, Plastikgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sind inklusive.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer wird Ihnen den Atem rauben. Das Kingsize-Bett bietet Ihnen eine angenehme Nachtruhe. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über zwei begehbare Kleiderschränke und einen 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher von Samsung. Während Ihres Aufenthalts steht Ihnen kostenlos ein Safe zur Verfügung. Das Hauptbad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine große Badewanne und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Vom Hauptbadezimmer aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich.

Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und 32-Zoll-Fernseher befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein separates Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Es gibt einen Spielbereich für kleine Kinder - Unsere Höhle befindet sich neben der Waschküche. Waschküche hat eine große Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden.

Unsere Garage wurde in ein luxuriöses Spielzimmer mit einem Frisco Billardtisch, einem 60-Spiele-Arcade-Automaten und einem Kicker umgewandelt. Es hat Stimmungslicht und wird ein Hit für Kinder und Erwachsene sein.

Zweiter Stock im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen geräumigen zweiten Wohnbereich mit 55-Zoll-LED-TV und Spielbereich. Es gibt weitere 4 Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett sowie angrenzende Badezimmer mit begehbaren Duschen. Das Kinderschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Frozen-Thema Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Aqua-Thema. Das Badezimmer wird mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche geteilt.

Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über 32-Zoll-LED-Fernseher von Samsung und Blu-ray-DVD. Unter anderem gibt es im Den-Bereich und im oberen Wohnbereich verschiedene Brettspiele und Spielsachen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Playstation und Spiele sind vorhanden. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher und bequeme Gegenstände sind vorhanden.

Highspeed-Internet steht Ihnen zusammen mit iPod-Stationen (drahtlos) zur Verfügung. Anrufe in die USA und nach Kanada sind kostenlos.

Gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer betreten Sie einen Raum der Ruhe und Gelassenheit - den Poolbereich und den überdachten Lanai. Der einzigartig gebaute Pool, das Spa und der eingebaute Grill bilden den Hauptfokus dieses Bereichs. An einem Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen können Sie im Freien speisen, auf Sofas entspannen und auf Sonnenliegen die Sonne Floridians genießen.

Did we enjoy our stay? Yes, did we have some issues? Also yes. The resort and the house were very nice. We loved that the house was so close to the resort amenities. The pond was right across the street and had a perfect walking trail around it. The house overall was nice and had the perfect amount of space for the 12 people we had. We had a few issues though. Our first night we had a cockroach siting upstairs. Then the next couple nights had a few more. The garbage disposal didn’t work which wasn’t a huge concern because we don’t use them at home. A few days in we noticed a very bad smell in the hot tub. Most of the tvs we couldn’t get to work. The pool table in the game room had no pool sticks that were usable and the buttons on the game machine were broke. The house was fairly clean but could definitely be cleaner etc: baseboards, carpet stains, dust on light fixtures, power washing outside of house and patio. We contacted the property manager about the bugs and hot tub. The exterminator was out quickly to spray but the pool people took 2 days to show up so we missed out on swimming for 2 and half days. The first week we also couldn’t get the air conditioning below 74 which to us is hot. We keep our heat at home set to 66. The maintenance people were out and quickly replaced the unit for us and it was great after that. We understand these places get a lot of traffic through them and we don’t expect to never have any problems we just had more than normal this time.

Great house but

House is excellent, great condominium, my suggestion is to improve communication, update internet information, update BBQ locker information in the check in list information. We had a problem with the heating pool system but after 2 days they fixed it. Cleaning needs to improve urgently. I would stay back in this unit.

Great value for a group.

Our group of 3 families was very comfortable in this home. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and pool. A few items that were disappointing were that the pool sticks in the game room are unusable due to the tips being broken off. The wifi is very weak. Overall, the home was very clean, the walls (especially upstairs) could use a good cleaning. The location of the home within the resort is ideal as you can walk to the clubhouse and pool area. The location of the home with regards to attractions is ideal - outside of the congested traffic areas but close enough to get to most major attractions within 1/2 hour.

Hello, wifi is infact the same throughout the neighbourhood as it’s provided by the Association. Since the home is so close to club house, you might have ended up connecting to Windsor at Westside clubhouse connection. We hope to see you again soon

Not a good experience

Overall, the location of the home within the resort is ideal. The homes are close together and quiet hour wasn't enforced within the complex which made sleeping difficult for 2 nights during our stay. I don't recommend this rental because the owner wasn't responsive to issues that came up during our stay. Additionally, we were charged for a railing that was broke when we checked in and the owner wouldn't discuss this with us.

As you know, we went back and forth through every legal means where you even said you would leave a negative review unless we refunded your security deposit after all the damage your party had caused. HomeAway and vrbo investigated along with all photos of damage, including railing. Not only did your damage exceed your security deposit, you have still tried to cause us further loss by leaving terrible review. I had to ultimately block you from harassing me with your countless phonecalls and leave communication handled by VRBO. Treat others homes with respect.

Awesome family home

Property was perfection! Our kids ranged from 4-18 and they all loved it. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to have their own space to spread out. The pool and hot tub was the perfect place in the evenings. Would love to return to this home some day! Immediate responses from management which I consider amazing.

Much needed vacation!

This vacation home was perfect for my large family! We enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very spacious. We were 8 houses from the clubhouse and water activities, which kept the kids entertained. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Kissimmee!

Best House/Location

We have rented houses in Florida numerous times before and this was the best one we have ever had. The house was across the street from the clubhouse where they have a lazy river, beach volleyball and basketball courts. The house was even better than described. The kitchen was well-stocked (tons of dishes, pots & pans, even a crock pot), as well as anything else we could want (i.e. stroller, pack-n-play, floor fans, drying racks for doing laundry,..). We appreciated that there was enough of the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent) to get us started as other houses we have stayed at were completely wiped out upon arrival. We had 16 family members (8 adults and 8 kids) and we all agreed that this was the best place we have ever stayed.

Parents 60th Anniversary

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. We stayed at the house the entire time except to go to have family photos done in Celebration. This home is very large with all the trimmings. We cooked meals for my parents and played games and talked about the good old days. Thank you Neetu for allowing us to rent your home for this very special occasion. It was perfect!

Lovely, but not perfect

My family celebrated our Christmas holiday at this house. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. We did have a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive to emails and getting the issues resolved. Some of the issues were loose trash in the outside bin, several lightbulbs in the house was not working, the propane tank for the grill was empty, the hot tub was not getting hot and the filter to the fridge water dispenser needed replaced. The owner had someone come take care all of these except the trash. He did assure me that we would not be charged for the loose trash and it would be addressed after our stay. The home had tons of dishes of all sorts, games, movies, etc. The beds were very comfortable. I feel that some of the things in the home were due for replacing such as the loungers on the patio (the plastic wicker was broken in places), the stools in the game room needed bolted to the base and the bedding in the queen size bedroom downstairs (the trim on the shams were torn and frayed). This wasn’t anything that hindered our enjoyment, but should be noted. Things that one should be aware of, there were things that I had assumed that would be provided in an adequate amount was not the case; dish soap, bathroom soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. It wasn’t a big deal, but these were all things that we had to purchase on our own, so keep that in mind. Would I stay here again, yes. It is a lovely property and although not perfect, there were much more pros than cons. This biggest pro being that the owner was very responsive to emails and acted when asked.

Excellent home for large group

The home was very clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Will look forward to a return trip. Only negative was that the community pool and game room area we had enjoyed on other trips was mobbed! Appears many additional homes have been built and have access to that area resulting in heavy use at all hours.

Wonderful

The house was more than I expected it to be, it was clean and nicely decorated, there was also more than enough room for my everyone in family, and if I decide to visit Kissimmee fl. I’d most definitely without a doubt stay here again.

A memorable family gathering in a perfect place.

We spent ten days, a big family, three generations; 14 of us. Disney and its attractions was just the excuse, for the ample and beautifully decorated house was the perfect place for the true purpose of the trip: to be together and share and enjoy. Just an improvement is a needed upgrade in the wifi, but even this jsut left us more time away from the daily routines. Will come again.

Family vacation

Your home was very nice. It fit our family’s needs perfectly. The kitchen was beautiful! We could not access the WiFi and it would have been nice to have had access to a skimmer for the pool as the bottom screen was out and we couldn’t clean the pool. We called to ask for it to be cleaned and the screen to be repaired and we were told they would be there the next day or two. We enjoyed the hot tub! The club house was very nice :) I took a photo of the screen as it appeared it had been out for a period of time.

Big and Beautiful

We had a great time at this house, plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out. It was a lovely home, very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool area and the lazy river too!

Awesome Experience!!!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this home with our family. We had a great time. All of the pictures are accurate. Super comfy and clean beds and bathrooms, gorgeous kitchen with all the bells and whistles, game room was a huge hit and enough parking for us all. Being able to relax by the pool area and actually swim was a bonus. Everyone that came with us was telling us how awesome the house was and we totally agree. Dealing with Neetu was a pleasant experience. Any questions I had prior to arriving, Neetu quickly answered within less than 30 mins. We cannot wait to plan our next adventure.

SUPERPHENOMAL!!!!!!

More than the space needed for even 12 people. Each room is equipped with TVs and every inch of space is used appropriately. We took advantage of the strollers and booster car seats. Plenty of towels and linens. The house was very clean. The kids loved the game room and all the club house amenities which was in very close proximity. Downside for Tmobile users is lack of good reception. We didn't get wifi to work but it brought us closer as the children had ample free time. Neetu was quick to respond to our every request and inquiry. Highly recommend this home and would love to return . Val & Mo

Great house! Lots to do at the house and the clubhouse. Very clean. WiFi is slow/patchy.

This house was very close to the clubhouse which we enjoyed. Lots of walks/runs around the pond. We utilized all of the amenities of the clubhouse and thought they were all awesome. Definately 30 minute drive to Disney with regular traffic flow. Neetu the owner was super amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond with any questions even up to the day of check in. Although there is a WiFi network to connect to at the house it was still slow and or patchy in the house. This may or may not bother some. It didn’t break our vacation at all. The house was clean and had lots of space. The kitchen is stocked.
