The ground-floor suite of a private three-story building in San José del Cabo, steps from the marina. Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, direct bedroom access to a covered outdoor patio, and exclusive use of a private pool and rooftop terrace that no one outside the Tormenta building can access.

Of the building`s three suites, 101 carries the most Baja character. Ornate wrought iron window grilles frame the bedroom windows. One room opens directly to a covered outdoor patio — a detail that gives the suite an outdoor dimension the upper floors don`t have, and makes it the suite of choice for anyone who wants to step outside without taking stairs. The guest bath features a hand-painted talavera tile border and hammered copper basin sink — small details that reflect genuine craft rather than generic finishes.

The overall design is coastal and unhurried: travertine tile floors, dark mahogany cabinetry, marlin prints on the walls, and a dining table that seats the full unit. Three queen bedrooms, each with individual A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped — gas range, LG refrigerator, granite countertops, full cookware.

The pool and rooftop are private to Tormenta guests. The rooftop has a full bar, outdoor grill, lounge seating, and views that take in the Sea of Cortez, the marina, the city of San José, and the mountains.

The Marina Puerto Los Cabos is a short walk — fishing charters, waterfront restaurants, water taxis. The Art District and downtown are minutes further. Thursday nights, the Art Walk brings the neighborhood to life with gallery openings, live music, and food vendors along Calle Obregón.
