Annual Best Friends Weekend

This place was a fantastic, comfortable spot for this year's best friends weekend. The quiet gave us peace like in the country, but close enough to see Dallas / Ft Worth activities. Definitely would stay here again if we head this direction.

A glorious retreat

We loved staying in this beautiful Texas Ranch! The rooms and beds were so comfortable and the grounds and views were as lovely as pictured especially the pool and hottub!

The house is huge and there’s lots of room to spread out. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced

The view from the house is beautiful. The property sits on a hill that overlooks Denton County. Our family was in Denton for a funeral and the weather was extremely cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the first VRBO that we have stayed at. It was beautiful inside and out. So much space for all 10 of us. The inside felt like you were staying at home. The view by the pool was spectacular. Very quiet and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Base of operations

We were in town for a wedding. Our kids loved the pool. We loved sitting out back in the morning drinking coffee. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. We brought the grandparents there for the night when they needed to leave the wedding. Minor issues related to a storm and power outage were handled promptly.

Clean and roomy, great family home

We recently stayed during a visit to the Denton area for a wedding. It is very convenient to Denton but feels like your way out in the country! The house is very roomy and clean, great kitchen and living area with beautiful views! We traveled with our 10 month grandson and it was perfect for him to play and nap while allowing fun for the adults. We will definitely be back!

Best Sunsets Anywhere!

Very large ranch-style house with King beds. Huge dining room table to seat the entire family. The home was decorated for Christmas which was great. We used the propane grill which was clean and worked well. We used the fire pit on several occasions. The sunsets were golden!

Best Graduation ever...

All of our guests commented on how nice the property looked, well decorated and pefect location. The weather was not ideal. We lost power for a couple of hours. But we made the best of situation and had a blast anyway.

Beautiful Big Texas House and Property!

We were in Texas for a wedding in June. This rental property was large enough for our whole family of 11 adults and kids. The beautiful pool and vies out in the back will take your breath away. The inside is spacious, clean,,and offers many amenities to ensure you have practically everything you need. We will definitely come back for the next family wedding!

Beautiful view from pool!

We loved the house, beds, rooms, salt water pool, refrigerator had filtered ice/water, close to restaurants and mall. Cannot say enough great things about the property manager, no matter what time of day she responds quickly. The only suggestion I would offer to owners is to buy a house generator.

Magnificent house and view.

The property is off by itself and private. It is a beautiful home with plenty of room to stretch out and has a beautiful view. The photos don't do it justice. The back yard has a pool and hot tub. The gas grill was large enough for all of us and worked perfectly. The property is not inexpensive but we shared it three ways among three couples and it was worth every penny.

Awesome View

We all loved the property. We are all seniors so there was a couple of issues in the hall bath. There is a tub with no grip on the bottom and no grab bars for a senior to grab. Now there are other bathrooms in the house, but non of us should have showered in this one. Also there was no place to hang a towel. A mat on the floor would have been helpful as well. There were no issues with the other baths. It was a very good location.

Beautiful inside and out

Beautiful Ranch! The view was amazing, the house was beautiful and comfortable. We flew in for our son's wedding in Denton, this 4 bedroom house made our stay comfortable with my parents and other family members. It had everything needed! The big hit was the ice machine, everyone loves pellet ice! This house had such a nice view we had the wedding photographer stop by for before wedding pictures. I loved to open the blinds and look out, the trees were just starting to get their color. Thank you for sharing your house, it was amazing.

Beautiful, spacious home with a relaxing feel. Perfect getaway location yet close to everything

We loved this property. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved the kitchen, top notch appliances, a wonderful farm sink and a Scotsman ice machine (think Sonic)! The main living area has a large sectional with plenty of room for all eight of us. We enjoyed the views and even though the house is close enough to town to run out for groceries, it feels like it is miles from it all. We used the small table in family room to play cards and used the tremendous granite counter to make 16 floral arrangements, corsages and bouquets for my son's wedding...it was so perfect. I hope we can visit again. It was perfect and Michelle was super helpful and always immediately available by phone or text.
