The 1,700 sq ft Casa Golden Retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional sleeper sofa in the dining room, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably.

- *Master Bedroom:* King Bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, glass door shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and a comfortable rocking chair. The room is tastefully decorated with calming colors and unique art pieces to enhance your relaxation. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night`s sleep.
- *Second Bedroom:* Queen Bed, Smart TV, closet. This room offers a cozy retreat with soft linens and charming decor. The very comfortable mattress guarantees a good night`s rest.
- *Third Bedroom:* Two Twin Beds, Smart TV. Ideal for children or additional guests, this room is bright and cheerful. The mattresses are very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
- *Dining Room:* Sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed with a regular mattress, ensuring comfort for additional guests.

*Bathrooms:*

- *Bathroom 1:* Master ensuite with soaking tub, glass door shower, and double vanity. The bathroom features elegant fixtures and a serene ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
- *Bathroom 2:* Tub/shower and vanity. Stocked with complimentary toiletries and plush hotel-quality towels, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

*Guest Access:*

Enjoy full access to the entire home and yard, excluding an owner`s closet. The home features keyless entry, and a code will be provided before arrival, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in process.

🐾 No Pets – Pets are not permitted at the property.

🎉 No Parties or Events – Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Please respect our neighbors by keeping indoor and outdoor noise at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM.

🚭 No Smoking – This is a strictly non-smoking property.

🏊 Pool Safety – The pool is not gated. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or around the pool area.

🔒 Security – Exterior security cameras are installed for property security and guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

💳 Damages & Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in extra charges.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

🍽️ No Food in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals and snacks in designated dining and common areas only.

💧 Use of Amenities – Use of the pool, spa, court, firepit, and other provided amenities is at guests’ own risk. Children must be properly supervised when using applicable amenities.

💰 Refund Processing Fee – If you cancel within the applicable refundable cancellation period, 5% of the total payment will still be deducted as a processing fee.
