First Floor: The first floor offers a variety of inviting spaces, including a bright formal living room with cozy seating and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The casual family room provides a comfortable spot for conversations, reading, or board games. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing simple meals or snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room seats eight, making it great for family meals. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Second Floor: Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.Two rooms have TVs, and all include window AC units for summer comfort. The master suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and separate shower, providing a relaxing space after outdoor activities.

Additional amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, multiple fans, a washer and dryer, private backyard seating, outdoor on-site parking, and extra driveway space for your boat or winter gear. Enjoy fun and relaxing outdoor dining with a charcoal/propane grill and gather around the cozy fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There's a spacious outdoor dining table with seating for six—perfect for meals under the stars. Stretch out on the deck for morning yoga or sun lounging. And if you're feeling adventurous, explore the three-level observation deck for breathtaking views. Covered parking is occasionally available—please reach out to the host if needed.

Security & peace of mind: For your safety, four exterior cameras cover the driveway, garage, front patio, and backyard, and they stay on throughout your stay. We also use noise decibel monitors inside and outside the home. These do not record conversations - they only measure volume, so we can be considerate neighbors to the surrounding homes.

Finished basement: The lower level is finished and open to guests, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and plenty of room to spread out.
