Lakefront Retreat on Halfmoon Lake! - Great Location with views, water frontage and seasonal dock

This home at Halfmoon Lake is your retreat from it all. The beautifully updated multi-level home has everything you need to ensure a relaxing and fun vacation. You will get waterfront views of the lake, plenty of yard for outdoor activities, and a boat dock (removed mid-September yearly) for fishermen or watersport enthusiasts during the available seasons! There is a multi-use game room that has everything from board games to foosball and a pool table. The home comes with a canoe and kayak for use, a huge 105” remote controlled drop-down TV screen, remote controlled blinds, propane fireplace for use while lounging on the large deck and a well-stocked kitchen. Come and enjoy this clean and inviting home!

Other things to note:

The owner has cats and when they stay on site they often bring them along. While are homes our professionally cleaned, it is likely that some dander is within the air. For those reasons if you are allergic to animal hair, this home may not be suitable for your needs.

The dock at this property (pending ice out) will be set in place for a rental start date of May 21 each year. In addition, the dock will be usable and in until October 15th

Please refrain from using the Fireplace as it's currently out of order.

NH Vacation

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for nine people. The lake access was perfect. The weather was spotty but the game room kept the kids busy on the rainy days.

plenty of space

even during the aftermath of snow storm and some cold temperatures stay was enjoyable. plenty to do inside and everyone had some quiet space to go to when needed. game room was AWESOME!!!
