SUMMER: Located within the Adirondack Park, this location is perfect for summer activities including hiking and biking. Enjoy use of the deep water ocean docks with 3 slips to dock your boat (Free NYS boat launch about three miles away), swim, fish, or kayak using the 4 provided. Water skis, wakeboard, and life vests are available for your use in The Boathouse. A dedicated 50 amp service and space provided for 1 RV use. Relax and make memories roasting marshmallows with your family around the lakefront firepit, play horseshoes or ping-pong, go for a bike ride, watch the children play in the new covered sandbox, or enjoy the shade and bay-side breeze on the double bench swing. Please note that children are welcomed, but this property is not "child-proof"; the bay side of the property has a steep embankment leading to the water, so supervision is necessary.
