Acceptance of the House Rules and Water Usage Policies is assumed upon booking.
Guest Agreement, ID & $850 Refundable deposit "Hold" required. Please ask for a copy of Agreement before booking if any concerns.
Airbnb charges a 4% county occupancy tax and their own separate service fee. Reflected in the nightly rate upon booking is a $40/night per person charge for parties over 12 guests (including children).
-Additional guests (over max number of 15) will only be allowed upon request and permission from host.
- $650 for any damage to pool table felt (actual cost to repair/replace)
-We rent to responsible adults where the Booking party is at least 25 years of age.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am due to town Noise Ordinance. For the same reason, there are also no parties.
