Der Artikel ist nicht hinter dem Haupt Hause auf dem Gelände. Wir umgebaut vollständig das Haus im Jahr 2015. Es gibt eine volle 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Ein kostenloser Wäsche ist im Preis inbegriffen. Das Haus hat alles, was man von Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen brauchen würde, Toaster, Herd, Kühlschrank, Tisch und Stühle, Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche.

Es ist im Herzen von Hyde Park im Zentrum von Austin im Abstand zu den Restaurants zu Fuß, eine Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte. ASTI, Quack in der Mutter Cafe, Julio, und mehrere andere Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Bus drei Blocks entfernt stoppen, dass Sie überall in der Stadt, einschließlich der Innenstadt stattfinden wird. Wir hoffen, dass Sie unsere wunderschöne Gästehaus für Ihren Aufenthalt auswählen!

Great stay in Hyde Park

This rental was perfect for us ... quiet, clean, deck, parking, great location. Pete was quick to respond to any questions or requests. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Great home base in Austin

I stayed here with my wife and daughter during a trip back to Austin, to visit family and friends. The property is clean and well-maintained. The host, Pete, was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions and messages. The place was very comfortable, and you can't beat the central location in Hyde Park, walking distance to some great restaurants, bars, coffee shop, Shipe Park, and with good bus links to the University, etc. and plenty of electric scooters (Bird, Lime/Uber, etc.) nearby. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay in this 2 bedroom efficiency. Not a lot of frills but clean and comfortable. I liked the deck because the weather was very nice. Could have a few more comfortable chairs on the deck but it was fine. Great location. I will use it again in the future. The owner is very nice.

Great comfortable property

The property is nicely done. It is very comfortable and has ample parking space. I really liked the patio. It is well located as well. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this for a stay in Austin. The only challenge may be that it is an upstairs apartment without lift. So be prepared to lift your luggage.

Location is Great

Austin Travel Thanksgiving week

The apt is in a great central location. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that allows for walking and quiet relaxation. It is stocked with all the basic necessities that you would need. The pictures on the website are accurate as to what it looks like. Pete was responsive to all our questions. The washer/dryer is complimentary and easily accessible but you do have to go outside and down the outside apt stairs to get to it (bring/buy your own detergent). It does lack a garbage disposal if that matters to you. The beds are comfortable. The shower works well and has lots of hot water. The deck outside is great. There aren't a lot of extras in the apt. An extra chair in the living room would be nice as would some kitchen placemats, a rug for the entry way to put your shoes on, some ice cube trays in the freezer, some baking pans for the oven. Overall it is a great place, clean, comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed staying there for our weeklong visit to Austin.

Hyde Park Home Away

I stayed in this Hyde Park HomeAway for a couple of weeks while in Austin. It is exactly as described and was in a perfect location to move around Austin. There are quite a number of restaurants etc...close by and was in all a good experience. The only down was not having full cable tv. I would recommend it to others.

Absolutely Great

I stayed in this apartment for the month of Feb and loved it. The apartment was newly renovated, everything was new and pristine. There is plenty of room and the beds are super comfy. I loved the Hyde Park area, beautiful, unique and I felt very safe there. I spent alot of time just biking the streets of the neighborhood, enjoying the architecture, landscaping and chicken coops. You are close to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops yet are tucked away on a very peaceful and quiet street. Pete was always quick to answer any messages and was a great host, not intrusive but available. To get to the apartment requires climbing a longer than average flight of stairs so take note if that's an issue for you. Thanks Pete. And thanks Austin for the consistent sunshine and warmer than normal days. Karen
