Stunning N. Austin Oasis with Pool near The Domain

I’d first like to say that this is the first time I’ve hosted on VRBO, and I pride myself in having a 5 star super-host status on the OTHER major rental platform with over 45 reviews. The claims by this guest are not only false but retaliatory at best. The first issue I had with this guest was a message I received from my internet provider of using torrenting software to illegally pirate streaming media; in which I graciously sent a screenshot of the warning email of service interruption from Internet provider and requested them to please stop. Not that it matters, but there are only 2 major area rugs to protect the bamboo floors in common area, 2 floor lamps, and a few table lamps which can be seen in photos prior to booking by any guest, including this guest. Apparently this guest thinks I have “20” of everything. In addition, not only were the rugs NOT dirty, they had been steam cleaned prior to guests’ arrival, and a receipt of this service was sent to guest after she threw the rugs in the garage claiming they were dirty. The lamp they broke was against a wall in a corner, not in a pathway, and was accompanied by a shattered wine glass near it that was just left there. Not only did she NOT tell me about the broken lamp or wine glass, she refused to pay for replacement. When I entered the property after guests’ departure, my entire house had been rearranged, furniture in closets and/or moved, rugs thrown in garage, books from shelf all over floor, pee stains on my bamboo floor and couch (steam cleaner claims the pee stain pattern on couch was from a human, and was also the seat near the broken lamp and shattered wine glass). The house was filthy. In addition, there were wet towels left all over the house which is ironic behavior from a guest complaining about mildew (which btw, also false). The organic spices were on a spice rack (not on the floor) that she stuffed in a cabinet, and took me a while to find— which I did assume at the time perhaps she had stolen given the condition of the house, and stock of guest’s character. As far as towels, there were two people and 8 towels which is plenty for two guests. I go over and beyond to provide a clean, luxury rental, and her deciding what has “worth” to justify disrespecting property is appalling. They destroyed my home, and treated my furniture and things savage carelessness (I have video and photos of damage).
