🐶 PETS: This property is dog-friendly. A pet fee of $50 per dog per night applies. Up to 4 dogs are allowed. Additional dogs must be approved and may incur extra fees. Pet fees are automatically added when included at booking. If added after booking, a payment request will be sent.

♨️ HOT TUB: The private hot tub is professionally maintained. Please replace the cover and secure it when not in use. Basic spa care instructions and supplies are provided inside the home.

🗑️ TRASH INFO: Community dumpsters are located throughout the Rocky Shores neighborhood. All trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpsters. Please do not leave trash outside the home or on decks overnight to avoid pests.

The booking guest must be at least 22 years old and must remain at the property during the reserved stay. These terms are agreed to in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use OwnerRez, an approved API-connected software provider, and a secure rental agreement link will be sent after booking.

Events are not permitted, and the maximum occupancy of 27 guests must be strictly observed.
