🧼 SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.

📧 We require a valid email address and your electronic signature on the rental agreement. We also require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit, held 48 hours before check-in and released within 48 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property.
